7. Entry Deadline
13th December 2010 (before 24:00)
8. Fees
Teams are responsible for their own entry fee. The amount due are as follows:
Type A: Entering all (3 days, 25th-27th) events
RMB 200 per head for entries before 24:00, 30th November, 2010.
RMB 250 per head for entries after 24:00, 30th November, 2010
No late entries will be accepted after 24:00, 13th December, 2010
Type B: Entering 1 or 2 days only
Entry is counted on per day basis. RMB 100 per head per day.
9, Accommodation
a. Self-arrangement. Teams arrange their own board, catering and transport.
b. Accommodation offered by the Organizing Committee
(Rooms are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis)
Type A: Hotel in downtown Boluo Xuan, including transport to the competition areas.
Type B: Hostel in Guanyinge Town, within walking distance to the competition area.
Type C: Self-service camping area in Guanyinge Town. Occupants have to set up their own tents.
It is within walking distance to the competition area.
* Since the Organizing Committee has to reserve the accommodation and catering headcounts in advance,
there will be no refund if individuals or teams do not use the services as scheduled.
A more detailed fees breakdown and more accommodation information will be available in the next bulletin.
