Election of Executive Committee Members and Nomination of Awards
I. The Association has received the following nominations for the Executive Committee Members for the year of office 2003-2005 :

As the new Executive Committee 2003-2005 will be elected this year, all Affiliated Clubs are strongly recommended to participate at the AGM.
II. The Association has received the following nominations for Silva Award by Affiliated Clubs :

III. According to the scores of Event Questionnaires returned by Affiliated Clubs, the following competitions were eligible as the nominees for the Best Event Awards :

Affiliated Clubs are invited to send their representatives to collect the voting forms of the above 2 awards at 1:45pm on the day of AGM. The completed voting forms should be dropped into the voting box before 2:15pm. Each Club can only have one vote on each award.

孔繁泰先生在推廣野外定向運動上不遺餘力，是年更將無國界醫生野外定向比賽2003推廣得有聲有色，參加人數更創高峰，是次比賽亦突破性地邀請得數個屬會協助，再加上總會各有志之士，令OAHK（總會）之凝聚力及團隊精神更加強大。
2. Mr. Li Fuk Lung, Bruce (YAOC) 李伏龍先生 (青進野外定向會)
Mr. Li has contributed very much to the development of primary school orienteering projects. He is also the holder of the Community Coach Recognition Award.
