Twenty-second Annual General Meeting

The Twenty-second Annual General Meeting of OAHK will be held on 22 June 2003, Sunday at 1400 hours at Meeting Rooms Nos. 1-7 of Sports House, No.1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

Enclosed please find the minutes of the 21st Annual General Meeting held on 23 June 2002 for your reference.

Agenda of the Annual General Meeting are as follows:

1. To confirm the Agenda

2. To confirm the minutes of the 21st Annual General Meeting held on 23 June 2002

3. To receive the President's Report and other reports from OAHK Office-bearers

4. To receive and consider the balance sheet and income & expenditure account as at 31 March 2003

5. To receive and consider the Auditors' Report and to appoint Auditors

6. To elect the Executive Committee 2003-2005

7. Any Other Business

8. To Present the Awards
