OAHK TWENTY-SECOND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the OAHK Twenty-second Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 22 June 2003, Sunday at 1400 hours at Meeting Rooms Nos. 1 to 7 of Sports House, Causeway Bay.

1.     In accordance with Article 31 of the M & A, any Affiliated Club or any Full Member may submit to the Honorary Secretary of any other business to be considered at the AGM. Such proposal must be in writing (both English & Chinese) and be submitted to OAHK office on or before 31 May 2003.

2.           Clubs are also invited to nominate recipients of the Silva Award for the year 2002-2003, which will be presented to a person who has made contribution to Orienteering in Hong Kong in 2002-2003. Please complete the attached Silva Award nomination form and return to OAHK office on or before 31 May 2003.
