報名費 Entry Fee ： 每位港幣 $35                  雙人體驗組 每組港幣 $65

獎項Prizes ：1.       每組冠、亞、季軍可獲頒發獎牌Medals will be awarded to the best 3 places in each class

2. 每組設團體冠、亞、季軍The best 3 secondary schools in each class will be awarded

3.       全場男、女子團體總冠、亞、季軍The best 3 overall Boys’ and Girls’ schools will be awarded

{除雙人體驗組外，每間中學必須有最少10名出席(出發)賽事的賽員才給予計算團體分，曾在公開賽事中獲獎之賽員將不會在雙人體驗組中獲頒獎項} (Secondary schools with 10 starters are eligible as group players, except CATI, and those competitors who had gained prizes in open event previously were not eligible to get prize in CATI)

注意事項 Attention       ： 各組首20名賽員可代表九龍區報名參加2009年12月20日舉行之「全港青少年野外定向錦標賽」精英組賽事，爭取個人及團體獎項

Competitors who gain the first 20 places of each class could represent Kowloon District respectively to join Elite Class of the “Hong Kong Youth Orienteering Championships” held on 20/12/2009, competing for individual and group prizes

報名 Application           ： 參加者請填妥報名表格，附上劃線支票(抬頭請寫”香港野外定向總會”) 寄回香港

銅鑼灣掃桿埔大球場徑1號奧運大樓1014室，支票背面請寫上參加者姓名及賽事名稱

Mail the completed entry form with a crossed cheque made payable to the “Orienteering Association of Hong Kong” to Room 1014, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Please write down the name of the participant and event name at the back of the cheque

3. 大會已購買公眾責任保險，參加者/家長可考慮自行購買其他保險 Public Liability Insurance is covered by the Association. Participants/Parents are recommended to apply other insurance
