（2006年分區學界野外定向錦標賽各組首二十名賽員除外

     Except for competitors who gain the first 20 places of each class in Joint School Orienteering Championships 2006）

報名費 Entry Fee ： 每位港幣 $20                      雙人體驗組 每組港幣 $35

HK$20 per person                  HK$35 for CATI

獎項 Prizes：

1. 每組設個人冠、亞、季軍各一名

 Individual Prize - The best 3 competitors in each class

2. 男/女子A、B、C組每組設奪取最高分數之學校獎 (以每組首40名賽員之得分計算)

School Prize – Awarded to secondary schools with the highest score in Boys’ & Girls’ A/B/C Grade (Score of the best 40 competitors in each class will be counted)

3. 大專盾予最高分數之大專院校(男、女子組合計)

            Award to the best Tertiary Institute(Overall results of both boys’ & girls’ class)   

{除雙人體驗組外，每間中學必須有最少10名出席(出發)賽事的賽員才給予計算團體分，大專院校則5名即可；另外曾在公開賽事中獲獎之賽員將不會在雙人體驗組中獲頒獎項}

(Secondary schools with 10 starters and Tertiary Institute with 5 starters are eligible as group players, except CATI, And those competitors who had gained prizes in open event before were not eligible to get prize in CATI)

劃線支票(抬頭請寫”香港野外定向總會”) ；並在支票背面寫上參加者姓名及賽事名稱

A crossed cheque made payable to the “Orienteering Association of Hong Kong”. Please write down the name of the participant and the competition at the back of the cheque

備註Remarks：

1. 本賽事將採用電子打孔及計時系統，電子控制咭由大會提供

Electronic punching and timing system will be used and e-cards shall be provided by the Association

2. 賽事資料於賽事舉行前一星期上載於總會網站www.oahk.org.hk，各參加者必須自行瀏覽 Event information shall be uploaded on OAHK website: www.oahk.org.hk one week before the event. Participants must visit on their own

3. 大會已購買公眾責任保險，參加者/家長可考慮自行購買其他保險

Public Liability Insurance is covered by the Association. Participants/Parents are recommended to apply other insurance

4. 你所提供的資料只用作本會與合辦機構的康體活動報名事宜及活動宣傳之用，在遞交申請表後，如欲更改或查詢你的個人資料，可與本會職員聯絡
