戊　組	E Grade	ME	WE	8 – 9歲	Aged 8 to 9	2001 – 2002
己　組	F Grade	MF	WF	6 – 7歲	Aged 6 to 7	2003 – 2004

報名費 Entry Fee ： 每位港幣 $20

HK$20 per person

獎項Prizes ：1.   每組冠、亞、季軍可獲頒發獎牌Medals will be awarded to the best 3 places in each class

                                   2.   每組前5名可獲頒發證書Certificates will be awarded to the best 5 places in each class

報名 Application    ： 參加者請填妥報名表格，附上劃線支票(抬頭請寫”香港野外定向總會”) 寄回香港銅鑼灣掃桿埔大球場徑1號奧運大樓1014室，支票背面請寫上參加者姓名及賽事名稱

Mail the completed entry form with a crossed cheque made payable to the “Orienteering Association of Hong Kong” to Room 1014, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Please write down the name of the participant and event name at the back of the cheque

2.大會已購買公眾責任保險，參加者/家長可考慮自行購買其他保險 Public Liability Insurance is covered by the Association. Participants/Parents are recommended to apply other insurance
