Route No. 968 fromCauseway Bay to Yuen Long, Nos. 53, 68, 68M, 68X, 268B, 268C from Kowloon to Yuen Long, or Nos. 64K, 269D, 276, 276P from Tai Po/Sheung Shui to Yuen Long, then change KCR/West Rail Feeder bus route no. K66  at Long Ping Estate and alight at Tai Tong  Shan Road, follow signposts for 20 minutes walk to the Event Centre

Yuen Long to Tai Tong Camp (Fee around $40)    
Competitors staying at Tai Tong Camp should follow the marked route to the Event 
Centre. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification.
About the area The Sprint event will be held at Po Leung Kuk Tai Tong Holiday Camp and the adjacent area. The camp area at the northwest part is mainly covered with paved area and path network which provides fast running. The open area in the center also allows fast running while the southeast part is mainly man-made forest with rock details. Steep slopes covered with thick vegetation which may hinder running progress can be found alongside the roads. There are ditches on the slopes, runners should pay attention when crossing them.
Start & Finish There is only 1 start for all courses and classes. Both start and finish are located 
close to the Event Centre. Follow taped route to the start and warm up at the 
designated area. Please refer to pages 16-17 of the APOC Programme Booklet
for details of the start and finish procedure. See the attached lay-out for start and
finish arrangement.

Course closing at 1620 hours
Maimum time allowed : 60 minutes
All ME, WE, M21A, M35A & M40A runners, competitors who are travelling by official 
transport and thosewho are staying at Tai Tong Camp  should arrive at the Event Centre 
before 1115 hours and you are not allowed to enter the Camp once the competition 
starts at 1200 hours. Competitors of all other classes who are not travelling by the  
official transport nor are they staying at Tai Tong Camp should arrive at the Event 
Centre after 1300 hours. Competitors staying at the Tai Tong Camp have to follow the 
marked route to Event Centre. All competitors should stay inside the Indoor    
Games Hall and are not allowed to stroll around the camp area before they  
start their races except during warm up in the designated area. 
Failure to do so will lead to disqualification.
Safety You must report to the finish even if you abandon your course.
