Event The model event provides an opportunity to acclimatize to the climate and terrain of 
Hong Kong. The area also provides a spectacular view of the Tsing Ma Bridge  
which is a popular tourist attraction. It is recommended to bring along your camera  
 to take some mangnificent photos of the Tsing Ma Bridge along the course.  
Control settings, start and finish procedure will be similar to all APOCevents.You will  
get the map for model event at the Event Centre.
The topography and rock features of the model area are similar to all APOC  
events while the vegetation only resembles that of the APOC Relay area.

Toilets and first aid service will be available.
Fire should not be started.
No metal studded O shoes are allowed inside the Event Centre
Please keep the event centre clean and take away all your litter.

It take about 5 minutes to walk from Cheung Wang Bus Terminal to the Event Centre.

About the area Some slopes inside the competition area are quite steep and slippery. Please be
careful! There are many types of vegetation inside the competition area. The 
runnability of some areas become higher after trimming of the trees and grasses 
and some of the areas are quite stony under the vegetation. Be careful.
Some of the slopes become more slippery after trimming of grasses.
The area is very popular with hikers during Holidays. Be careful when running 
along the hiking paths and do not bump into the hikers.
Some paths are covered by fallen leaf and become unobvious.
Safety Please sign out before you start the course and sign in when yourteurn.
You must finish your course and return to the Event Centre before the course closes
at 1600 hours.
