報名費 Entry Fee ： 每位港幣$50 HK$50 per person

2010/2011年度總排名聯賽成績男子及女子精英組(ME/WE)每組首15名 The first 15 places of ME & WE classes in the overall ranking results 2010/2011 |

2010/2011年度總排名聯賽成績男子及女子21A組(M/W21A)每組首5名 The first 5 places of M/W21A classes in the overall ranking results 20 10/2011 |

餘下名額將根據2012年2月19日色級賽選拔：男子賽員根據「啡」組成績選拔而女子賽員則根據「藍」組成績選拔 (必須為已向總會登記電子控制咭之總會會員) The remaining vacancy will select according to the results in the Colour-coded Event held on 19/02/2012: Male competitors according to the results in “Brown” class, while female competitors according to the results in “Blue” Class (Must be OAHK members who have registered E-cards with OAHK) |

若不符合以上資格的賽員，將自動撥入體驗組作賽 * If the competitor is not qualified, he/she will be transferred to the CATI Class automatically. |

< 注意事項 IMPORTANT NOTICE >>
1. 「M10 」或 「W10」年齡組別的賽員， 必需完成總會註冊之訓練課程及公開賽(不包括公園比賽)並需獲屬會推薦。
參加者年齡下限為 8 歲。
Age classes “M10” or “W10” competitors must complete an OAHK registered training course and finished successfully a registered
open event (excluding park orienteering competitions), and also recommend by clubs. The minimum age limit is 8.
2. 此乃個人賽事，家長不能陪同比賽。
This is an individual competition. Competitors should complete the race on their own and are not allowed to be accompanied
by their parent during the competition.
3. 本賽事將採用電子打孔及計時系統，參加者必須自備電子控制咭
Electronic punching and timing system will be used. Participants must use their own e-cards
4. 賽事資料於賽事舉行前一星期上載於總會網站www.oahk.org.hk，各參加者必須自行瀏覽
Event information shall be uploaded on OAHK website: www.oahk.org.hk one week before each event. Participants must visit on their own
5. 大會已購買公眾責任保險，參加者/家長可考慮自行購買其他保險
Public Liability Insurance is covered by the Association. Participants/Parents are recommended to apply other insurance
6. 大會保留最後修訂之權利
Organizer reserves the final right for any amendment
7. 閣下所提供的資料祗用於本會與合辦機構的康體活動報名事宜之用。在遞交申請表後，如欲更改或查詢閣下的個人資料，

Prizes The first 3 places in Men & Women’s classes will be awarded in championships
獎項於2012年6月週年會員大會中頒獎
Awards will be presented at the Annual General Meeting held in June 2012
2. 長距離錦標賽之體驗組不設獎項
Award will not be presented to CATI Class in Classic Distance Championships
報名 ： 參加者請填妥報名表格，附上劃線支票(抬頭請寫”香港野外定向總會”) 寄回
Application 總會，支票背面請寫上參加者姓名及賽事名稱
Mail the completed entry form with a crossed cheque made payable to the “Orienteering Association of Hong Kong”
to our office. Please write down the name of the participant and the event at the back of the cheque
