長距離錦標賽 Classic Distance Championships	競賽組 Elite	只限合資格之賽員參加 (45名男子及45名女子)： For those eligible competitors only (45 men & 45 women)： － 2008/2009年度總排名聯賽成績男子及女子精英組(ME/WE) 每組首15名 The first 15 places of ME & WE classes in the overall ranking results 2008/2009 －  2008/2009年度總排名聯賽成績男子及女子21A組(M21A/W21A) 每組首5名 The first 5 places of M21A & W21A classes in the overall ranking results 2008/2009 － 餘下名額將根據2009年11月29日之色級賽「啡色」組別成績選拔(必須為已向總會登記電子控制咭之總會會員)        The remaining vacancy will be selected according to the results of “Brown” course in Colour-coded Event held on 29/11/2009. (Must be OAHK members who have registered E-cards with OAHK) * 若不符合以上資格的賽員，將自動撥入公開組作賽 * If the competitor is not qualified, he/she will be transferred to the Open Class automatically
	公開組 Open	已向總會登記電子控制咭之總會會員均可參加 (不設獎項) Only for OAHK members who have registered E-cards with OAHK (No Prize)
短距離錦標賽 Sprint Championships	已向總會登記電子控制咭之總會會員均可參加 － 將在預賽中選拔首45名男子及首45名女子賽員進入同日舉行之決賽 Only for OAHK members who have registered E-cards with OAHK － The first 45 places in Men & Women’s Classes in the qualifying race will be selected to enter the final race held on the same day
中距離錦標賽 Middle Distance Championships	已向總會登記電子控制咭之總會會員均可參加 Only for OAHK members who have registered E-cards with OAHK

*「M10 」或 「W10」年齡組別的賽員， 必需完成總會註冊之訓練課程及公開賽(不包括公園比賽)並需獲屬會推薦。參加者年齡下限為 8 歲。

* Age classes “M10” or “W10” competitors must complete an OAHK registered training course and finished successfully a registered open event (excluding park orienteering competitions), and also recommend by clubs. The minimum age limit is 8.

*此乃個人賽事，家長不能陪同比賽。

*This is an individual competition. Competitors should complete the race on their own and are not allowed to be accompanied by their parent during the competition.

獎項 ：1.     每場錦標賽均設男子組及女子組冠、亞、季軍獎

Prizes                         The first 3 places in Men & Women’s classes will be awarded in each championships

獎項於2010年6月週年會員大會中頒獎

                        Awards will be presented at the Annual General Meeting held in June 2010

2.   長距離錦標賽之公開組不設獎項

                                   Award will not be presented to Open Class in Classic Distance Championships

Mail the completed entry form with a crossed cheque made payable to the “Orienteering Association of Hong Kong” to our office. Please write down the name of the participant and the event at the back of the cheque

1. 本賽事將採用電子打孔及計時系統，參加者必須自備電子控制咭

Electronic punching and timing system will be used. Participants must use their own e-cards

2. 賽事資料於賽事舉行前一星期上載於總會網站www.oahk.org.hk，各參加者必須自行瀏覽

Event information shall be uploaded on OAHK website: www.oahk.org.hk one week before each event. Participants must visit on their own

3. 大會已購買公眾責任保險，參加者/家長可考慮自行購買其他保險

Public Liability Insurance is covered by the Association. Participants/Parents are recommended to apply other insurance

4. 大會保留最後修訂之權利

Organizer reserves the final right for any amendment
