第十三屆白理義先生野外定向紀念賽 13th Mr. Birney Memorial Orienteering Score Event

目的： 本賽事是紀念已故總會創會會長白理義先生，作為對他過往在香港定向界之貢獻致意。
Aim: This event is organized in the name of the late Mr. Birney, the founding President of the OAHK.
日期 Date ： 8/10/2006 (星期日Sunday)
地點 Venue ： 西貢 灣仔/驢仔石 Wan Tsai / Lo Tsai Shek, Sai Kung
形式 Type ： 雙人奪分式，讓分制 Pair Score Event, Handicap Scoring System
地圖 Map ： 比例 1:10,000，5公尺間距彩圖及國際圖例 Scale: 1:10,000 ; V.I.: 5m Colour map with IOF legend
組別 Class ：1. 男子學生組 Male Student 2. 女子學生組 Female Student
3. 男子公開組 Male Open 4. 女子公開組 Female Open
(男女子混合組將編為男子組 Mix team with man and woman will be counted as Men’s Class)
報名費 Entry Fee：每隊$ 75 / pair (其中一位參加者必須是總會會員及使用已向總會登記之電子控制咭
One of the participants must be the OAHK member and use their E-cards which are already registered with OAHK)
每隊$ 90 / pair (兩位參加者均為非總會會員或沒有向總會登記電子控制咭之總會會員
Both participants are non-OAHK members or members who do not registered E-card with OAHK)
交通Transportation : 每人 $ 15 大會巴士(單程) 由 西貢鄧肇堅運動場 至 海下
$ 15 / person Official bus (single way) from Sai Kung Tang Shiu Kin Sports Ground to Hoi Ha
(因公共交通工具未能配合賽事出發時間，參加者可乘搭大會巴士由西貢市至海下並步行約三十分鐘到達賽事中心 Because the public transports cannot match the event's start time, participant may take the official bus from Sai Kung Town to Hoi Ha and walk for 30 mins to the Event Centre.)
獎項 Prizes ： 1. 白理義先生學校屬會紀念盾 Mr. Birney Memorial Shield (School Club)
2. 白理義先生紀念盾 (非學校屬會) Mr. Birney Memorial Shield (Non-School Club)
屬會隊伍得分將計算屬會最高分之5對賽員。最高分之學校屬會及非學校屬會將分別獲頒發紀念盾，紀念盾將於2007年6月舉行之週年會員大會頒發
5 pairs with the highest scores from each affiliated club will be counted as club’s score. The best school club and non-school affiliated club will be awarded the Shields at the Annual General Meeting held in June 2007
讓分制 ：男子組－所得分數 x 1 女子組－所得分數 x 1.25
Handicap Scoring System Men’s Class - Final Points Score x 1 Women’s Class- Final Points Score x1.25
報名 Application ： 參加者請填妥報名表格，附上劃線支票(抬頭請寫”香港野外定向總會”) 寄回香港銅鑼灣掃桿埔大球場徑1號奧運大樓1014室，支票背面請寫上參加者姓名及賽事名稱 Mail the completed entry form with a crossed cheque made payable to the “Orienteering Association of Hong Kong” to Room 1014, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Please write down the name of the participant and the competition at the back of the cheque

備註Remarks ：
1. 所有總會公開賽將採用電子打孔及計時系統。參賽會員必須使用其已向總會登記之電子控制咭，沒有向總會登記電子控制咭之會員及非總會會員須繳付較高之比賽報名費，以安排在該場賽事使用電子控制咭。Electronic Punching & Timing System will be used in all OAHK Events. All participating OAHK members should use their own E-cards which are already registered with OAHK. OAHK members whose E-cards are not registered with OAHK and all non-OAHK members shall pay a higher entry fee for the arrangement of E-card in the competition
2. 賽事資料於賽事舉行前一星期上載於總會網站 www.oahk.org.hk，各參加者必須自行瀏覽 Event information shall be uploaded on OAHK website: www.oahk.org.hk one week before the event. Participants must visit on their own
3. 大會保留最後修訂之權利 Organizer reserves the final right for any amendment
