家庭組 Family	(最多4人－最少須包括一名14歲以下兒童及一名18歲或以上人士 (a maximum of 4 people－at least 1 participant below the age of 14 and 1 participant with the age of 18 or above should be included)

報名               ：        填妥報名表連同劃線支票(抬頭請寫“香港野外定向總會”)寄回總會，支票背面Application                  請寫上姓名及賽事名稱

Mail the completed entry form with a crossed cheque payable to "Orienteering Association of  Hong Kong" to our office. Please write down the name of the participant and the event at the back of the cheque

備註 Remarks:

1.       本賽事將採用電子打孔及計時系統，電子控制咭由大會提供

Electronic timing and punching system will be used and E-cards will be provided by the Association

2.    賽事資料於賽事舉行前一星期上載於總會網站www.oahk.org.hk，各參加者必須自行瀏覽

Event information shall be uploaded on OAHK website:  www.oahk.org.hk one week before the event. Participants must visit on their own

3.       大會已購買公眾責任保險，參加者/家長可考慮自行購買其他保險

Public Liability Insurance is covered by the Association. Participants/Parents are recommended to apply  other insurance
